Looking for ALL 3-5 year olds who have not been screened for school.
This screening is offered FREE throughout the school year. Screening is preferred at three, but it can be done at four or five years old. The State of Minnesota requires that any child who is entering kindergarten must be screened, if they havent already. If the child will go to kindergarten in the Fall of 2011 and hasn't been screened, they need to be screened now!
Registration/Sign up will be held January 25-28, 2011 from 7:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. at the Greenhaven School Office located in the Greenhaven Elementary School, 323 East 37th Street, Hibbing. Your child does not need to accompany you to this registration. After the paperwork is completed, you will be assigned a date and time for your child's screening appointment. You will need to bring a legal birth certificate and a record of the child's immunization.
