Mines & Pines

We are bringing in Art and Craft vendors from near and far and all over the upper Midwest so you and your family may own some of the best handmade creations available. Be prepared to be entertained, to be educated and to enjoy your visit to this year's Mines & Pines Art Festival!

As always you’ll be treated to family entertainment and music all weekend long, along with a variety of tasty foods too! Meet your neighbors, greet new friends, find all your old favorites and so much more at the Mines & Pines Art Festival.

As you stroll through the streets of Historic Old North Hibbing, take in the sites of some of the best artistic demonstrations from around our area. Listen to the sounds of talented Minnesota singers and musicians. And taste the wonderful flavors offered by our famous local culinary merchants. But most of all, support our Artists who put their heart and soul into crating heirloom quality, hand crafted items that you will be proud to own or share with others.

Saturday, July 18th (10 am to 5 pm) and Sunday, July 19th (10 am to 4 pm) in Historic Old North Hibbing. We have ample parking near the festival site and a free shuttle bus will run from the Memorial Building to the Festival site.

For more information contact the Festival Committee at: their website, email - minesandpines@rangeartcenter.org or call Ron at: 218-969-9699. The Mines & Pines Art Festival is hosted by the Range Artists Association Inc. of Hibbing, MN, a 501(c)3 non-profit, charitable organization.

Look for the Hibbing Branding Initiative booth and our Kid's Coloring Contest to color an original drawing featuring some of Hibbing’s fun, summertime activities created by local artist Louise Lundin. All participants will have their coloring sheets displayed at the Hibbing Public Library until mid-August and winners will be announced in The Hibbing Daily Tribune. One winner will be selected from each category: pre-K; Kindergarten; 1st grade; 2nd grade; 3rd grade; 4th grade; 5th grade; and 6th grade.

Satruday evening there is also the 3rd Annual Block Party Sponsored by Palmer's Tavern and Checco's Bar.
