Halloween & Fall Events

First Baptist Church - "A Penchant for Pumpkins" for Children grades 1 - 6 on October 26th from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Come for a special night with lots of pumpkins. There will be pumpkin or cherry pie for everyone. For more information call the church office at 263-6672.

Hibbing Public Library - Pumpkin Carving Contest on Wed, October 28 starting at 6:00 pm bring your own pumpkin and show us your best design. Prizes for several categories. Dress in Halloween costumes for Preschool Storytime on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. and Toddle Time on Thrusday at 10:00.

Maple Hill Hall - Fall Games Party will be held at the Maple Hill Hall starting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29th. Prizes will be turkeys and hams. Coffee and donuts will be served. The public is invited to participate.

Hibbing Community College - A Celebration of Autumn Buffet will be held Thursday, October 29th from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Hibbing Community College for $8.00 per plate.

Howard Court - Indoor Trick or Treating 2:30 - 4:30 on Friday, October 30th.

Moxie - Trick or Treating from 11:00 - 4:00 on Saturday, October 31st.

MATRIX - Hibbing's Youth Center is hosting a Kids Bop Halloween dance and costume party for children ages 2 - 8 and their families from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday October 31st. Admission is $4.00 per person. 1910 4th Ave E, 218 263 5543.

VFW Post 8510 - Children's Halloween Party, Saturday October 31st, from 4:00 -6:00 p.m. Please park in the back lot and use the back door only. Complimentary hot dog, chips and orange drink for children & parents. Games scheduled all evening and a bag of goodies when you leave.

Airway - Halloween Bash 9P - 1A a on Saturday October 31st. Dance to Young Country, drawings throughout the night, $100 cash prize for the best costume at midnight.

Brickyard - An adult costume party at the Brickyard on October 31st, Halloween. Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Mr. Nick's Corner Bar - Celebrate Halloween 8:30p to 12:30a with live music by the Blue Wolf band, costume cash prizes.
