Youth invited to make masks, costumes for Northland Broadway production

Range Creative Art Center, 328 W. Howard St., will host a “Theater Prop and Costume Making Class” for the Holiday musical, “The Nutcracker,” performed by Northland Broadway Youth Theater. Be a part of the creative process in making masks for costumes and props for the play. Participants will learn paper maché techniques by local art teachers.

You do not have to be a part of the play to be a part of the stage presentation. The class is open to area youth ages 8 to 15. Classes will be held on the following dates:

Friday, Nov. 5, 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 7, 1 to 3 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 13, 9 a.m. to noon.

Class is limited to the first 30 students. Payment is required along with registration. Call 263-6785 to register or for further information or visit www.rangeartcenter.org.
