Primary Election - Tuesday, August 10th

Due to a change in federal law, the Minnesota Primary Election will be held on August 10, 2010.

Precincts will be open from 7:00 am until 8:00 p.m on the 10th and if you can't make it that day, you may vote absentee in the City Finance office on Saturday and Monday.

Hibbing offices to be narrowed to two candidates through the primary election are:

Rick Wolff

Pat Garrity
Tim Kaminski
Jeff Young

Extended Hours for Absentee Voting

Pursuant to Minnesota Election Laws 203B.085, the City of Hibbing Clerk's Office will be open at the following times in addition to their regular hours in order to issue absentee ballots:

August 7, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
August 9, 2010 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Primary Election

The citizens of the City of Hibbing, in the County of St. Louis, and the State of Minnesota, who are duly qualified electors of the City of Hibbing, Minnesota, are hereby advised and notified that the PRIMARY ELECTION will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at the officially designated voting places listed below, between the hours of seven o'clock in the morning and eight o'clock in the evening of said day:
