Iron Range Housekeeping Olympics

The Iron Range Housekeeping Olympics is an event to recognize the outstanding housekeepers on the Iron Range and surrounding communities during International Housekeeper's Week.

Get your teams together and join us Monday, September 12, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Hibbing Park Hotel & Suites parking lot. There will be a Grand Opening March, competition, barbecue lunch and awards ceremony.

Taste of Home Show

The Taste of Home Show is back!  VIP Tickets go on sale September 17th at 8:00 a.m. at the Hibbing Daily Tribune Office, regular ticket sales start October 1st.

A new format this year with the Saturday Show, November 5th (First weekend of Deer Hunting). The Trade Show will be at the Assumption Catholic School from 9a to 3p with the Cooking School starting at 4p in the Hibbing High School Auditorium.

Space is limited. $25 cost to participate. Preregister now at the Hibbing Area Chamber. Vendor spots also available. Proceeds in‐part go to the WIN Angel Fund to support local women’s cancers.

Friends of the Library Annual Book Sale

The Friends of the Hibbing Public Library Annual Book Sale is held October 5th in the Hibbing Public Library Auditorium.  There will be a great selection of books and more at affordable prices.  Book donations may be dropped off at the library front desk. Hibbing's Birthday Celebration

Hibbing's 118th Birthday Celebration will be held on City Hall Lawn (rain location - Library auditorium) on Tuesday, August 16th.
